Where is the theatre located? The Carolina Theatre is located at 310 South Greene Street in downtown Greensboro.
What are your hours? The Administrative Offices are open Mon. through Fri. from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Theatre Box Office is open Mon. through Fri. from 12 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
What is the refund policy? Refunds are not offered on tickets. Tickets may be exchanged in extenuating circumstances - please call the box office for more information.
Where can I park? Parking at the Carolina Theatre is very convenient. Free parking is available evenings and weekends on the street and in the lots surrounding the theatre. For weekday matinees, metered parking as well as a parking deck on the corner of Greene and Washington is available. Please do not park in the Visitor Center's parking lot.
If you need to run in to purchase tickets during Box Office hours, feel free to park in the Loading Zone directly in front of the Theatre on Greene Street.
Will the theatre accommodate special needs? The Carolina Theatre offers orchestra level seating for patrons in wheelchairs. Assisted listening devices are available upon request.
Large-print programs are available upon request.
What is the Theatre's inclement weather policy? If the artist is in town and can perform, the show will go on. If you have concerns regarding the weather, please contact the Box Office (336.333.2605) up to ONE HOUR before the event and we will be happy to exchange your tickets for a future event. Should the concert fall on a day the Box Office would not normally be open, in the case of inclement weather we will open TWO hours before the event is to begin. If the event IS cancelled, we will try to reschedule it and all tickets will be honored. Please check WFMY TV2. It is very importantthat you call and tell us your plans in the event of bad weather. If you do not call, your reservations will be treated as a ‘no-show’ and no exchanges will be made.
Does the theatre share my personal information? The Carolina Theatre respects the privacy of all of our patrons and only uses your personal information to help us perform our roles more efficiently. This information is used for the sole purpose of event confirmations, informing you of other events in which you may have interest or special offers we may host in the future. The Carolina Theatre will never disclose your name, address, telephone, email address or billing information to any for-profit company.
I bought tickets online, how do I know if my order was confirmed? After the order is complete, you will be sent to a confirmation screen. If you ever have any questions regarding your online purchase, please email boxoffice@carolinatheatre.com or call the Box Office at 336-333-2605.
I ordered tickets online. Will they be mailed to me? During the order process, you are given the option of mailing or having them held at Will Call. We do not mail tickets within 6 business days of the event.
