Now celebrating its 83rd year, the Carolina Theatre became its own non-profit entity in 2006, forging ahead with the mission of Presenting Arts, Preserving History.

Where is the Theatre located?
The Carolina Theatre is located at 310 South Greene Street in Downtown Greensboro.

What are your hours?
The Carolina Theatre’s administrative office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am until 5:00pm. The box office is open Monday through Friday from noon until 5:00pm as well as one hour prior to each performance for ticket purchases to that show only.

What is the refund policy?
Refunds are not offered on tickets unless the show is cancelled. Tickets may be exchanged in extenuating circumstances. Please contact the box office for more information.

Where can I park?
Parking at the Carolina Theatre is convenient. Free parking is available weekday evenings after 6:00pm and on weekends on the street around the Theatre and in the deck at the corner of Greene and Washington Streets. For weekday matinees, metered parking and paid parking in the deck are both available.

Will the Theatre accommodate special needs?
The Carolina Theatre offers orchestra level seating for patrons in wheelchairs. Assisted listening devices are also available upon request.

What is the Theatre’s inclement weather policy?
If an artist is in town and able to perform, the show will go on. If the event IS cancelled, we will try to reschedule the performance and honor all tickets. Cancellation announcements will be made on WFMY News 2, on our box office recording, and on our website on that event’s page.

Does the Theatre share my personal information?
The Carolina Theatre respects the privacy of all of our patrons and will only use your personal information to help us perform our roles more efficiently. This information is used for the sole purpose of event confirmations, informing you of other events in which you may have an interest, or special offers we may host in the future. The Carolina Theatre will never disclose your name, address, telephone number, email address, or billing information to any for-profit company.

How do I know if my online ticket order was confirmed?
After the order is complete, you will be directed to a confirmation screen. If you ever have questions regarding your online purchase, please contact the box office.

Will the tickets I ordered online be mailed to me?
During the order process, you are given the option of mailing them, or having them held at Will Call. We do not, however, mail tickets within six business days of an event.
